How does the project initiate?
After the quote has been approved, a 10% deposit is required for booking. 40% is due at start up day and 50% is due on the finish and delivery day.
What are the payment options?
Cash, cheque or e-Transfer. We also offer financing available through LendCare.
Are you covered with a Liability Insurance policy?
Yes, our policy covers 2M in Liabilty and we are also WSIB covered and cleared.
What should I expect from my reno?
We know a renovation is somewhat stressful, we will make every effort possible to keep your home away from excessive dust. Please be patient, it will get worse before it improves, but it would totally be worth the sacrifice. Do not hesitate on asking any question or doubt.
